  • Ready or Not is an intense, tactical, first-person shooter that depicts a modern-day world in which SWAT police units are called to defuse hostile and confronting situations.

My Contribution

  • Main Roles: Senior Level Designer & Producer

  • As a Senior Level Designer, I have been responsible with:

    • Complete design ownership over a currently unannounced mission;

    • Complete design ownership over the "Hunger Strike" mission from the "Los Sueños Stories" update;

    • Complete design ownership over the "3 Letter Triad" mission from the "Dark Waters" DLC;

    • Complete design ownership over the "Los Sueños Police Station" level in the Campaign, the "Home Invasion" DLC and the "Dark Waters" DLC;

    • Gameplay implementation, bug fixing and technical passes over the "Dorms" mission from the "Home Invasion" DLC;

    • Bug fixing for the "A Lethal Obsession", "Sinuous Trail", "Greased Palms", "Elephant", "Sins of the Father" and "Carriers of the Vine" campaign missions;

    • Additional bug fixing for the "Twisted Nerve", "Valley of the Dolls" and "Neon Tomb" campaign missions.

  • As a Producer, I have:

    • Worked closely with the Design Department to ensure that their workload is being accurately tracked;

    • Worked closely with the Lead Designers, to ensure the design processes and pipelines are properly defined and recorded;

    • Acted as a liaison between the design department and co-development teams;

    • Facilitated communication between departments, to ensure feature stakeholders are aligned;

    • Led weekly stand-up calls, ensuring visibility is maintained over the team's workload;

    • Communicated risks to the upper management, to ensure proper risk mitigation processes are established.​
